The Fig Tree has served as a ministry of Messianic Congregation Shema Yisrael for nearly 25 years, offering an extensive and varied selection of Messianic books, music, art and jewelry, most of which is not commonly found elsewhere in this state.
The current 1400 item inventory has at its center a selection of books and Bibles numbering 600 titles, and a music department of 100 recordings by Messianic artists. Additionally, The Fig Tree has more than 200 Judaic items, including talitot (prayer shawls for male shoulders,) shofars (rams' horns for bringing down city walls,) mezuzahs (scripture-loaded hardware to attach to the doorpost) and all that one might need to keep Passover or to celebrate Chanukah.
