Welcome to Congregation Shema Yisrael!

We are a congregation of Jews and Gentiles who believe in the Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) and worship the God of Israel in a Jewish way.

We provide information for those interested in Messianic Judaism, Israel, or Biblical teaching, as well as topics ranging from Hebraic music to learning Hebrew to Jewish-Gentile relationships.

The Messianic Vision

The Messianic Vision is an understanding of:

• God's continued faithfulness to Israel and the Jewish people and His plan to use the Jewish people to be a light to all the nations.
  
• God's only plan for salvation from sin and iniquity through a commitment to Yeshua HaMashiach.
  
• The value of Messianic Jewish congregations as a prophetic witness both to the Jewish community and to Gentile Christians.
  
• The harmony between being Jewish and believing in Yeshua, as well as the continuity of the Jewish Scriptures and the writings of the New Covenant.
  
• The end-time spiritual revival of the Jewish people.

Our Purpose Statement

To proclaim Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) to Jewish and non-Jewish people, connect them personally with the God of Israel through prayer and worship, draw them into fellowship, lead them to spiritual maturity, equip them to serve, and inspire believers everywhere to reconnect with their Jewish roots.
